Sr. Estimator - Construction
170,000 - 200,000 base salary

Responsibilities
The Sr. Estimator is responsible for conceptualizing and interpreting the scope of work from both incomplete or schematic documents and complete detailed documents as well as working closely with other Preconstruction team members to assist with the successful delivery of design phase services
Perform both conceptual and detailed estimating on civil, architectural, and structural portions of projects ranging in size from $5M to $10M+
Work with the Chief Estimator in preparing conceptual estimates
Produce quantitative surveys and accurate pricing for a project to support a Lump Sum Price
Coordinate project documents for all delivery methods
Obtain and present unit pricing data
Responsible for outlining clarifications and qualifications within an estimate
Provide backup for estimates to be used during analysis and review
Qualifications
5+ years minimum experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
Ability to review/negotiate costs for all change orders and field orders.
Technical/Software Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Office, MS Project, and additional Estimating/Construction applications
Support negotiations for settling contract change modifications and potential claims.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
