Accounts Payable Manager

A rapidly growing global consulting firm is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to their team. The Accounts Payable Manager will focus on managing a team of four, along with overseeing all accounts payable processes. The Accounts Payable Manager will build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, and C-level executives. As an Accounts Payable manager you will be expected to review, create, and implement new sops and system integrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a local and remote team of four individuals

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of vendor invoice processing within established guidelines and controls

• Managing the expense reimbursement function, including the processing and distribution of expense payments

• Providing travel and expense training to new and existing staff.

• Assisting in the resolution of invoice and expense issues with internal employees and external vendors

• Overseeing a timely and accurate monthly financial close for the AP function

• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring proper contracts

• Continuously providing input on the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the efficiency of the department

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, and Finance.

• 7-10 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Concur a plus

• Excellent communication abilities, high energy, and a strong work ethic

• Discretion with confidential matters and experience speaking with C-level.

The Fair market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $100,000 and $110,000 annually.

The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.
