Nick Louca

​I am one of the rare people that fell into recruitment immediately after graduating from college in 2004. Since then, I have never looked back and have successfully recruited a number of key professionals and run high performing teams across various industry sectors in vastly competitive markets in the US, UK & Australia.

I oversee the US branch for Cobalt and we focus on finding top-tier talent across the Construction & Development, Real Estate, Property Management and Finance & Accounting verticals. We are incredibly authentic and pride ourselves on building long-term relationships rather than being solely focused on the quick win.

Believe it or not, after 20 years in recruitment I still get a massive kick out of not only making placements for my clients, but also seeing my team members do the same. There is nothing more gratifying than solving a critical business need, while at the same time watching your team flourish and build their own success too.

Outside of work, my wife and I really like to travel whenever possible. This being said, it has become increasingly difficult with a young toddler at home, but we are making it our mission to ensure he is the most well traveled person for his age in NYC.
