Leah Goldenberg

​As a Director at Cobalt, I specialize in placing candidates of all levels within the Real Estate, Development, and Construction arena. I’ve personally filled a large gamut of roles in this industry, ranging from Project/Asset/Acquisitions/Development/Construction Managers to C-suite executives such as CDO, CEO, and COO’s. I attended the University of Southern California where I earned a B.A. in English with a concentration in professional writing and communications.

To say I like real estate is like saying Bill Gates isn’t broke! I have worked with high-net-worth domestic and international buyers, sellers, and developers of co-ops, condos, and new developments in several high-priced markets in the U.S. As a recruiter, I have utilized my industry network and resources to help companies with their hiring needs.

Through Cobalt’s collaborative and consultative recruiting process, I enjoy building genuine connections with candidates and clients. I enjoy developing a keen understanding of clients’ needs in order to enhance the performance of their teams and to help candidates optimize their career trajectories.

 I’m excited to be part of the Cobalt team from its inception in the U.S. market and to use my real estate expertise to gain insight into what developers & owners seek. My clients say they appreciate my warm and gracious demeanor and that I always go the extra mile when taking care of their needs.

Outside of work, you can find me listening to music, watching sports and being outdoors. I am by far the biggest L.A. Lakers fan in NYC, which ranks second only to my obsessive love of boxing!
