A well-established boiler and heating solutions company based in Westchester, NY, is seeking a dynamic Jr. Parts Representative. This company provides unparalleled customer service and technical expertise in the heating solutions industry. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our growing parts department while supporting warehouse operations as needed.
Role: Jr. Parts Representative - Boiler/Heating Solutions
- Salary: $21 to $39 per hour
- Full-Time

- Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY (Relocating to Mount Vernon, NY during 2025)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Jr. Parts Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams and external customers while driving sales and maximizing margins. Additional support in warehouse operations ensures a well-rounded role with opportunities to develop diverse skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales volume and margin targets.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer and service parts inquiries.
- Efficiently process and bill parts orders with attention to detail.
- Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
- Research and source parts, including those outside the typical inventory scope.
- Support and assist the Service Department with timely updates and communication.
- Train warehouse employees as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Secondary Responsibilities - Warehouse Support:
- Receive and stock deliveries accurately and on time.
- Pull and stage parts requests efficiently.
- Ship packages via UPS as needed.
- Operate a forklift (training provided).
- Make occasional local deliveries using a company van or truck.
What You'll Bring:
- Familiarity with methods, techniques, and materials used for boiler maintenance and repair.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of boiler repair and service processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems like Great Plains, Service Trade, and Parts Ledger.
- Factory certification in boiler parts technology is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
- Prior experience in parts sales in industries like boiler, HVAC, plumbing, or related fields is preferred.
