Accountant

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day accounting operations across the organization.
• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Hiring, developing, and mentoring a team of accountants.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is highly preferred but not required
• Experience with a public accounting firm is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

The Fair market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $120,000 and $140,000 annually.
