A privately owned business consisting of large format office, retail and car parking in the Auckland area are seeking an Operations/Facility Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Director of the business, you will be overseeing a team of people managing the day to day running of the business. We are looking for a self-driven person with a good attitude who can provide leadership in staff management and supervision while running the operations of the key departments in property, security, health & safety, compliance, and cleaning while liaising with our maintenance team.
Your role function will be predominantly in the operations and facility side however additional requirements will call for you to be involved in leasing, and documentation with the team, offering a real variety of tasks within the business.
The expectations of the role will require you to have at least 3 years Property/Facilities experience.
