A Project Manager role has arisen with a luxury custom home builder with projects in The Hamptons and Greenwich, CT. This contractor has been the gold standard in custom luxury building since 1990, by maintaining an intimate management style that guides clients through the custom-build process. This role will require constant travel and management to the applicable job site in The Hamptons and occasionally in Greenwich, CT.

Pay: $130,000 - $160,000 per year + health insurance, 401(k) + gas card

Responsibilities include:

  • Project ownership from start to finish, responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control

  • Coordinate the efforts of team members and sub-contractors to deliver projects according to plan and within budget

  • Meet and communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and suggest solutions

  • Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines

  • Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create and update project timelines.

  • Track change orders and communicate them to appropriate party at office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ground up luxury custom home construction

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore BlueBeam, or Primavera

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
